Commission update!

So, my paypal was hacked into, so I needed to sort that mess out.
I wanted to make the rest of the commission list and update it, but I use some of the info on payal.
Be careful using your debit cards anywhere. Mine was hacked at a gas station!
That made my work on it impossible.
