New laptop, but no Steam.

Hey folks! So recently I’ve gotten a free laptop that has a wider screen and it doesn’t have a broken screen. It was a Chromebook and when installing Steam, yeah I couldn’t because the Chromebook was a beta. Beta of what exactly, idk <_>
Now yes I can finally do stuff privately (drawing my usual stuff), but not having Steam is something I won’t accept. There is a website that I can download Steam games, but here’s the thing, some of them won’t work. Here’s three games that I know won’t work
1. Garry’s Mod: What is the most common place to download mods? In the Steam Workshop. Some if not all mods are only in the workshop, so that sucks
2. Epic Mickey Rebrushed: I played through the game and after activating the projector to Ostown, it crashes the game. So that sucks also
3. Halo Master Chief Collection: It’s just not in the website. Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League is in the site, but not Halo MCC. I have no words @w@;
So yeah I’m sticking with my old broken screen laptop that’s hooked up to the tv until the tax money comes and I can get the house
(Like seriously you expect me just to play old flash games and emulator games with that computer? Hell no) >w<;;
