I'm looking to put together an Art Pack starring everyone's favorite saucy jewel thief and secret agent, Rouge the Bat.

I require 10 to 20 skilled artists with a history in drawing Rouge or other Sonic characters.

I know I'm commenting again but I have some better advice. go on e621 and look up rouge the bat and then follow back the citations of artists you like.
