On Friday I saw one of the most amazing animated films I've seen, Nezha 2 and it is epic; beyond epic!
It's a Chinese film based on an ancient legend about a demon who struggles to overcome his fate. The film, for lack of a better comparison, is sort of like Kung Fu Panda meets Lord of the Rings -- it's on that level of fantasy-adventure. I don't rave about movies very often, but this one is worth raving about. I gather it is already the highest-grossing animated film ever produced (it has also made $2 BILLION so far).
It features gods, mortals, monsters, dragons and has a high "furry" content. Check out this trailer:
