DragonStuff.exe has begun.
Finally the day has come where Chrome killed real Adblock support and I'm going to have to switch to Firefox.
Waking up to "Well, that won't work any more" with regards to an ADBLOCKER is kind of unacceptable given the state of the un-blocked Internet.
Firefox is one of the few browsers that aren't Chromium based, so I'll park up there for the time being.
Brave is, of course, a dodgy scam - and I don't know enough about Librewolf to trust it.
WHEEEE.

Other reasons too.
Crippling headache so can't words.
*hugs* How are you doing?
Awww, wank you kindly! Old boy *waves his walking stick around* appreciates it <3
In particular when I went to my YT subs page (often), it would have a solid 2-3 second hang before it loaded anything. Yikes lol.
Good riddance.
The one downside to Firefox is I can't force dark mode on websites like I could on Chrome.
*Browses in dark pages, suddenly SEARING RETINA DEATH* ow.
Ended up quickly installing it anyway. That rocks, wank you <3
1. Click the cog wheel on the top right of the homepage to turn off recommended articles, and anything else you don't like, like shortcuts from your history.
2. Remove extraneous stuff you don't care about from the top bar by right clicking, like Pocket and the account prompt, and the thing to the left of all the tabs.
3. Install ublock origin
4. Close those stupid "hey we updated the browser" tabs that open when you start Firefox sometimes.
And that's it. If you're ram conscious remember each tab is as fast as I know running it's own copy of your extensions so ram usage can get out of hand pretty fast if you install lots.
I'm not too ram conscious, running 32 GB. I got *counts* 15 tabs with like a third of those being youtube videos :-P Stuff runs fiiiiiine <3.
Edit : One thing I'd love to be able to do is make the Firefox Home page not be blindingly ...mauve.
I *have* the Dark theme on but it just refuses to apply it to the firefox Home page.
Googled it, advice was "oh turn dark mode on, idiot".
X_X god, the searing.
*nibbles*
Edit : HAHA! Awful UI decision means I DID have one enabled, without ever picking it.
Thanks lol!
