display names are cool and all, but...

so, yeah, display names. neat, but uh, they also totally broke filteraffinity, which is kind of a huge bummer because i used that for blocking content i don't want to see because i'm on the old layout and just don't jive with the new one at all. :/
anyone know if there are any other browser extensions/plugins (for chrome or opera specifically) for blocking content via tags/usernames/whateveron the old FA layout?
EDIT: okay scratch the layout bit, because as far as i can tell even the tag blocking on the new layout doesn't allow you to block posts by usernames. anyone know of any solutions?

although, I guess it's sorta a tradeoff. in a way. although would mean, FA & Filer affinity would have to work together or something.
Original names that you signed up for, but you can change your nicknames at any time. like Bluesky :3
