I would look into Zillow for Red bluff, Corning and willows primarily! I'm in Orland but the houses go super quick and most are $2k-2.2k ): I see a lot of my officers find successful homes in Corning apartments. Additionally, if youre willing to go a bit farther, Paradise has homes or apartments listed but there is a fire risk most summers.

Ahh, I forgot to mention while I was thinking about it. You can also check Rancho Tehama. It's a bit out there but tends to have homes for rent/sale etc.
