I don't know if this would be your type of humor, but I saw an amusingly silly raffle a while back where the artist offered to draw some OCs, but only a specific (SFW) body part.
For example "Your OC, but only their ear", or "Your OC, but only their foot", or "Your OC, but only their tummy", or "your OC, but only their nose/snoot".
It was quite a bit of silly fun for their watcher milestone.
For something more "serious", a simple portrait sketch is always a good idea
