Like clockwork, everybody's making a big nothing-burger out of nothing once again.
Well Shrek 5 is a-comin', caught the teaser. And of course, everybody's bitching about the designs. The hell's wrong with it? And what did you expect? It's been over 15 years. You don't expect an animation studio to improve? Of course, these same jackasses try to 'fix' the look.
Only thing bumming me out is waiting till Christmas 2026!!!

Which is even more hilarious when you factor in Shrek still looks like Shrek, and Sonic still doesn't look like the video game version even after the fake "fix" they did purely for marketing since Sonic is just that pathetic of a franchise nowadays that's the only way they could generate buzz around it.
Also this was to be expected considering the Puss in Boots redesign with the sequel. Which I actually loved how that film looked.
