We had to.make a very last second (not even last minute) flight out to see my dying mother in law as she REALLY took a turn for the worst.
We made it out to Ohio in less than 24 hours after we got the call that she was going downhill. She's still lucid and was very shocked to see us, but she's definitely declining by the day. I hope we can stay out here long enough to be with her when she passes but I don't think it'll be financially feasible for us. I mean, this trip in itself wasn't financially feasible for us at all; we pulled some favors and borrowed money ad we are still going to be so in the red for our bills when we get home.
I'm so mentally, physically, and emotionally, exhausted.
