What is the origin of the name of Nakanai?

Nananbhi was actually named first and I started developing the clan culture from her since gnolls are matriarchal all of the children share the name of the mother so the nana comes from nananbhi

I see. So the name of the subspecies comes for the first of her kind?

1) What are the spikes on his brow/eye ridges? Bone that goes through the skin? Horns? Interesting bits of stiff fur?

2) I recall him having a gem in his guts from a bandit encounter. Did he just swallow the gem to keep it "safe", or did he dispose of the bandit in the more traditional gnoll method and the gem was just all that survived?

3) Hot chocolate, with or without marshmallows? And does the risk of marshmallow getting stuck in his muzzle fur factor into his answer?

1) they are metal studs that were inserted in his brow like his late father. They are mostly for fashion but they also show that he has the ability to use magic.

2) normal gnoll way even though plains gnolls are very friendly and helpful if you attack one with your intention to kill you are now food in their eyes.

3) naki gets very sick when he eats chocolate so probably neither.
