Feeling better (Brain back to normal)
General
It is possible that my english is a little broken. Be indulgent please. It's through interactions that I'm going to improve myself I'm just updating because I haven't done it yet.
Following this journal: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/10576241/
And the others that followed, so I'd like to reassure those who aren't yet aware.
I'm back to normal.
Basically, following sleep deprivation and high anxiety, my body went into a state medically called "fight or flight."
Basically, my brain was on high alert, as if there was constant danger.
- Heart beating 180 beats per minute
- Shortness of breath (as if blocked)
- Constant dry coughs
Physical symptoms of anxiety that kept me from sleeping 24/7 (almost)
Normally, anxiety symptoms last less long for some people, or even intermittently
Because it's possible to distance yourself from the source of danger (which the brain triggers)
But you know, I have chronic tinnitus, and guess what the brain decides to take as a source of danger?
I think you guessed it. You can't run away from chronic tinnitus, you live with it.
After 3 months, I started to feel better; I simply needed rest. I was less and less hypervigilant.
I didn't really give any updates on it because I needed time to process what had happened to me.
Today I feel better (even though I lost a few friends along the way who didn't understand what I was going through).
I've changed some lifestyle habits. I'm less anxious than before, because this kind of experience has put certain things into perspective.

Also thanks for your "òwo". ^_^
