That's 12 a.m. US-central time (1a.m. EST, 10 p.m. PST)

While this won't be first come, first serve necessarily, the earlier you can apply, the better.
The most popular spots tend to be 2-character adult pieces followed by 1-character adult.
Keep in mind ALL commission types will be welcome for this event, so apply for what you want most!

Another important factor to keep in mind is that it will be vital for payment to be made within 72 hours.*
--* This is because the funds from this event always go towards paying my taxes and thus, have a hard deadline. ^^;
