In the lands you inhabit, magic and mystery are abound as scholars of the arcane are able to master everything around them to perform incredibly feats whether it is destructive mastery of the elements or incalculable transmogrification spells able to alter the very fabric of living and non-living matter alike.
One such art, though, is the most mysterious in practice: lipomancy, or the art of controlling fat. Once upon a time there was a rumor of a sorceress who was said to be the greatest practitioner of the school to ever exist. She had used it to end conflicts and save countless lives...or so the stories say. But one day she vanished and with it much of the secrets of how to properly perform lipomancy.
Now you, a young budding mage, have followed stories and leads to be able to locate the one known as the Emerald Enchantress in an isolated region of the world. Whether it is to study the art for adventuring, your own personal gain or even more selfish indulgences, you will become her student and master lipomancy. What you do with the knowledge is up to you and it may affect the world around you in ways that you never imagined.
