Opening commissions and updates!

I'll be opening commissions this april 2nd, 5 slots this time.
Also, i'll change the prices this time: $40 for flat colors and $55 for shading, but anything extra will only add $10 to the total.
Detailed backgrounds will also add $10 more but it's always optional.
I'll add a FAQ page along sidethe new prices and rules.
