You can now get the Kitz 'n' Katz book I edited from the following sites, in order from where we get the most revenue to the least

Ingram so far only delivers to US addresses, but the other three links should ship internationally.
I will update the list when more sites take them in. In addition, a few physical comic book shops and indie bookstores have picked up the book as well. Will provide the list once they get sent out.
If there's a local bookstore where you live, you can likely get them to order the book for you, as it is available for distribution via Ingram.
