I hope that the new FA don't go ballistic over him like they did last time. idk how easy they are to contact, but maybe if you reach out to them and maybe get some direct feedback on weather or not he's kosher given context? (unless you've already tried that or FA has an explicit rule on no special treatment: then booooo)
