Word is, that people - usually ones who partake in auctions - are contacting bidders pretending to be the seller in order to cash on on their bid
Hasnt happened to my customers luckily, but just in case
My only social media are

Etsy SwipesDesigns
Discord SwipeTheFish
I NEVER contact anyone outside of FurAffinity itself or Etsys message system
I will never send you an invoice before having contacted you first from one of those two sites
I only ever send invoices to customers (where buyer protections is binding and you as a buyer are safe)
I never use friends or family or other methos, truely invoice only
If anyone contacts you from any other account claiming to be me, block them
And just be cautios, these scams have been going on on FA for ca. 2 months and they dont seem to be ending any time soon :/
