Monthly raffle time ~

some rules:

1. Post your reffs and idea in comments below
2. One person - one entry (No need to join from both FA and IB at same time , it count as one entry anyway)
3. If I need more info I'll ask via PM
4. Weird or gross stuff will be denied permanently.
5. Winner chosing with random generator.
6. Every raffle ends max in 3 days. (Winner be annonced in journal sections)
7. Raffle for IB and FA users.
8. No WiP art (everything that drawn for this raffle will be posted).
9. Winners have a 3 raffle delay between entries (let the others have they chance)
