It applies only to art being posted on here. Basically, for the moment, art can't be uploaded until the people running the website are able to sort out what's going on with their servers. You can still write to people and such, and you can still look at art, but you can't post art on hereand neither can anyone else for the time being.

some server gerbils got the munchies so they are locking down all the bites until the gerbils can be put back to work rather than taking bites out of things that need those bites left where they are.
