Looking for some Mermay input

Hello everyone!
Mermay is upon us once more, and as always, I was caught by surprise and I am unprepared.
I don't usually go for seasonal, communal or meme-based art incentives. But Mermay is one of my exceptions to that, since I already really like mermaids, so it's more of a convenient excuse to do something I already kind of want to do.
So far, I've already done Leandre role-playing as a mermaid-statue, Ollie with some latex mermaid-gear and this nameless cyborg-mermaid otter. So for this year, I would love to hear from all of you which of my character(s) you would like to see get the mermaid treatment. I can't make any promises whom I'll go with or if I'll pick the most popular option in the end. I'd just like to hear some suggestions on whom you'd be interested in seeing.
Also, as you might be able to tell from the examples above, I usually like to put a bit of a loose spin on the whole mermaid concept. A simple "character X as a mermaid" is all fine and cool, but I like to get a bit more creative with it and throw at least one more kink or idea into the mix. So if you have any ideas or suggestions in that regard, I would love to hear them as well.

Just kidding, but honestly, do Inkwolf as something akin to a dark Poseidon kind of thing! Brooding upon an algie-covered throne with ink swirling from his paws
Or conversely, a mad scientist whose whole schtick is mermaiding people but isn't really sure what to do after that beyond putting them in a less than sizable aquarium in his house.

Could also replace the scuba part with the girls wearing ball gags while hanging out on some rocks. Or have them scuba diving while wearing ball gags. XD
I think this would really fit Leandre with her research(either the fish themself or using them to get in contact with actual mermaids) or anyone getting in trouble with someones shady business.
for the prompt, mermaids are traditionally also associated with sirens, perhaps some latex mermaids luring in some sailor to their doom (of being similarly latex bound)
The reason journals (and comments) are working is because those are (almost certainly) stored in a relational database and are thus unaffected by the filesystem work.
Latex, now you're speaking my language! And sirens are very high up on my tier list of mythical creatures as well. SO that's certainly a strong idea!
rightwrong, a random thing she decides to do, some form of bone related shenanigans. That is what I suggest/would wish to see!Perhaps a mersuit with an anti-gravity system that randomly malfunctions? Or an on-board suit AI assistant that turns it off (and applies bondage) because it thinks it's funny?
Tech latex is also pretty fun to write in kink scenarios.
One other thing that came to my mind was "research in mermaid breeding" where one mermaid or merman is together in a tank with a "researcher" that "volunteered" to be the partner of the subject in mermaid gear. (highly restrictve ofc)
