Raffles T.O.S. !!!

due to some troubles with some people i feen the need to make the T.O.S. for all of my future raffles!

PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE
to participate in any of my raffles please follow all of its rules. the rules are usually different from raffle to raffle so please just read them carefully!
i might just exclude you of the raffle if you dont follow the rules by deleting your comment.
please dont participate in the raffle if you dont like what im drawing and if you dont need/want the art. i want to give out free artwork to those people that will appreciate it!
dont subscribe only to participate in the raffle without any interest to my work. its really disrespectful and upsetting and i dont like seeing people unsubscribing after they didnt (OR DID) win the prize.
GETTING THE PRIZE
if you did win the prize just be respectful and grateful, please. it is a free art, and when drawing it i just want you to at least say a small 'thank you' and something nice.
please understand that your subscription is NOT a payment for my work! im drawing your prize completely for free, this is a GIFT!
please dont ask more than i can draw for the prize.
if its a YCH raffle dont ask me to add some extra stuff/change the pose/make an alt version and other things.
if its an art raffle dont ask me to draw more than 1 character, also dont ask me to draw sexual/nudity stuff and any fetishes EXCEPT gore.
you CAN pay extra if you want more than that, but please consider that i wouldn't draw extra stuff for free, especially sex and nudity!
please dont rush me with the raffle prize! i always have the deadlines and im always completing the work in time, i dont like when people ask me how's the work when literally 1 hour passed. your art will be finished on time, and if it wouldnt i will notify you for sure.
im not providing any revisions on the prize artworks, i will send you the finished work and i wouldnt make any changes!! im trying to keep in mind all of our wishes and character designs though, so dont worry that i will mess your character up. i wouldnt! im trying my best to make the picture as good for you as i can
and again. when getting the prize just be grateful for the work and at least say thank you ðŸ˜
OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF
i can and i will post your prize on my FA, it cannot be privated or anonymous.
you can post, print, make a banner/avatar of your prize, in general everything that isn't commercial use.
you cant use your prize commercially in any way and im not providing commercial rights to them eighter (even for money). this is a freebie and its supposed just to make you happy, not to make you money!
you CANT post your prize on InkBunny! you just cant.
i'm not drawing underage characters. at all.
if the character looks too young for me i will age them up.

dont mind this for now, ive made this for my future raffles that i will certainly make, buuut you can check it if youre going to participate in the future xD
