I see furry NSFW stickers and acrylic figures on marketplaces. I believe you don't need a company for that rather an individual can make that for you.

Well I'd imagine they'd fall under the umbrella of what I meant by "company" if they're doing it commercially. x) I don't know anyone that can do that, though. I have a friend who can do like, printed vinyl, but I would prefer a more specific sticker company. And no idea how to do keychains. I hadn't considered finding someone local who can do that though. I wonder how feasible that is. My city has grown a lot recently, there's bound to be someone.

Best advice I can give is to limit yourself to some specific thing to try out, rather than go for everything. Keychains are probably a good, low cost item to try out. Sounds to me like that's what you already decided to pick.
Shirts are indeed a much more difficult topic, because both shirt and print quality are very debatable and costs can change very fast depending on what level you want to achieve.

I'd recommend just finding a good partner for the keychains, try that out, and more likely than not they'll be in the business of making other merch as well. So you can figure that out with them if the experience was good to begin with.

Yeah I think that's probably best. I want shirts most of all, because it would be cool to rock my own art on a shirt, but yeah, there's just so much to worry about there. I'd love a keychain of my art too and that seems easier so that will be my first try c:

If you just wanna try rocking some of your designs, there is easy to use inkjet sheets you can print at home. Not the best (long term) quality, but just to get a feel on some unique pieces it would probably be fun :3

I have a Patreon and easily set up designs for stickers... and I am a random bozo online who had zero idea on how to do it, but Patreon does it easily for me... "Edit Page" and you will see a tab called MERCH. You can do it from there...

I know StargazerNights (Rokah on FA) makes and sells their own stickers on Etsy, using a machine they have specifically for it. You could ask them about what that is if you want one, or ask if they could make a few for you at supply cost, if it's only a handful. They've done that for me of my own character as a gift I the mail, so I imagine it's not too difficult to make new ones with the machine they have.

I don't know anything about keychains or shirts, other than I know RedBubble is popular for getting art on various products. But I wasn't too impressed with their quality, depending on the particular product, some are alright. And I doubt they do NSFW

In regards to RedBubble, it depends on what type of NSFW. Clean and mildly erotic nudes are allowed on there, but porn is not.

I'd know because I buy stuff from there, and the posters and stickers in particular often include nudity. x3

SFW merch can be found on Printful. It's a make-on-demand service that you can integrate into just about every ecommerce platform out there or you can manually enter orders if you don't have an online store yet. Many furry-based businesses, including many big ones, are using this service. They have good quality, including their shirts, and good customer service. They definitely ate up most of the market shares from Society6 and Redbubble. Printful also ships internationally from their distributors across the world so your customers are not paying extremely expensive shipping costs or having to worry about VAT before they get their goods.

As for NSFW acrylic keychains and stickers, Vograce from China have a lot of acrylic keychains at good quality and reasonable price, though unsure of now with tariffs and trade wars going all over the world. And yes, they accept NSFW products. NSFW stickers are usually made by the artists themselves since you only need sticker sheets and a printer to do that. You can also get a computer controlled cutting machine to make "die cut" style stickers. There are a few furry businesses that make them for others.

I second using Printful for SFW, they've been great for me and can be really useful when trying out a new design that you're unsure how would sell :v
