Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how do you create a non-con scene with only 1 character?

I will include a character/Anonymous/anomalous grotesque entity that does the defiling. I do this because I do not want to take an actual OC as the rapist as I believe that glorifies the rapist more than focuses on the tragedy of the victim. Often times the entity is cropped out or vaguely hinted at, as a good monster is always hidden by the shadow or the fog. Be they be a horror creature or simply a horror creature in humanoid form.

Of course for some scenarios from commissioners, especially if there is lore behind it then I will allow the use of an OC as the rapist, though the rapist will never strictly be the focus in this commission type.
