Okay I got flatined, out of spoons, call it whatcha will with all that heat last week sapping energy to the point I was just sleeping on the couch for a half an hour more, getting up to get a drink or go the loo and dozing back off agin for a while with the radio on in the background so like that's why this is here today.

Today is cooler though, fresher too having just been up the path, encountering a recovering bee as some of them were flagging too but fortunately not any of those nasty Asian Hornets that seem to be on the march wreakin havic in the hives.

Yesterday's Blue Peter, oddly enough live, was all around sport as in tennis, basketball, swimming which I did rather enjoy although I wasn't really into competative swimming taking part in competitions and -getting one in the net - football with tips on improving your game.

This weekend we have the FA cups, mens today, womens super league tomorrow.
