A job with flexible hours and a caring personality

Hey, everybody. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips. I want to find a job that was flexible schedule - not the office from 9 to 6, but something where you can yourself somehow regulate the time. Plus I really want to work with some sense, not just to sit and press buttons, and really help people. I had the experience of caring for my grandfather - hard, but felt needed. Here I think, maybe there are such vacancies in this field? Who has encountered - share.

Yes, I have just such an experience. I'm from Colombia, but I've been living in Philadelphia for over a year now. I also wanted a job not just for the money, but to feel that I was doing something useful. I started looking and was recommended to look at home care agencies hiring in philadelphia . I applied, picked a schedule that I was comfortable with, and that was it, they started calling clients. I work with the elderly, some of them have to cook meals, some of them need help getting outdoors. Yes, it's not always easy, but you're free on time and you feel needed. It worked for me.

This is an interesting topic. I'm just now looking at different part-time options, and the flexible schedule is certainly a plus. I never thought about the field of nursing, but more and more often I see that it is really in demand. The important thing is that you can pick a convenient time and be helpful. So thanks for the discussion, useful to read.
