Paypal Captcha is So broken its unusable

Anyone else getting a sliding capcha and an audio captcha that blocks you no matter how you do it?
Do it too fast? Blocked
do it too slow? BLocked
do it in 3 seconds? Blocked
Listen to the captcha and type the numbers in correctly? Blocked.
What the absolute fuck is this.
I CANT EVEN SUBMIT A TICKET CAUSE I CANT FUCKING LOG IN.
Edit: it appears to only occur in operagx. and happened late last night
sending this over to paypal for a ticket.

Not there specifically but ive noticed in the past year capchas on every site just refuse to let me in unless I reload the page a few times

I found some like cloudflare were blocking because I had a plug in that stops video autoplay on news sites. I had to whitelist cloudflare or its "are you human" check would loop endlessly.
