I got it back, My PC. Thankfully, all my files are safe, if no longer assigned to the main hard drive anymore.
I got everything back and just need to rebuild my Desktop again! Thank goodness

Got no proof of this, but I feel like I know the stubborn lil "feature" that likely caused this. Before the OS reinstall, I never had or heard of this MS program called "CoPilot", some Microsoft AI helper shit.

That's the only new thing I see floating around, which i immediately turned off and uninstalled (I bet it's not uninstalled
