Been a few years since ive used tele, but you are right its just a messaging app (unless its been heavily changed). I think most people enjoy it bc you can upload custom stickers sets and so on. It was pretty customizable

Yeah pretty much! I think I dropped off using it once discord started getting big like 4 years ago or something, it seemed like a lot of people were swapping over at the time

Yeah, Telegram is basically just a messaging app, mainly for one-on-one or multiple friends chats. The custom stickers are nice, I guess, but Discord definitely offers more and feels better for groups or communities (based off the servers I'm in, anyways). It's only really worth having an account if you know people who use it. I don't use it as often as I did in the past but it's fine.

Thanks! That helps a lot, I was starting to think I was missing out on something because i see telegram stickers and ppl talking about it here and th all the time but knew nothing about it beyond it being a messaging app LMAO. I'll just stick with discord xD

No problem! I think it was the hype of using custom stickers that had people talking about it. In the end of the day, it just depends on what you prefer when chatting with others.
