A Return to the Forest
Lately, I’ve been feeling the pull again — that soft, earthy call back to something I’ve always quietly longed for. And after some reflection, I think it’s time I make another change: I’m planning to switch my main sona again… this time, from my seraphim angel to a deer. 🦌
Before the angel, there was **Darla** — bright, grounded, full of personality and playfulness. Then came the celestial chapter, a graceful, radiant being who reflected other parts of me. She helped me tell different kinds of stories and find new meaning in myself. But even with all the love I have for those past selves, there’s a part of me that’s been quietly aching for something simpler… something more *me.*
I’ve always adored deer — their quiet strength, their softness, the way they feel like they belong to the woods as much as the wind and moss do. I missed out on an adopt a while ago that really spoke to me, and I thought I’d moved on… but that longing never fully left.
Letting Go, Gently
This isn’t a goodbye to my previous sonas. Darla still lives on in my heart, a vibrant snapshot of who I was then. And the angel — now renamed **Caelielle** — will remain an important secondary character for stories, worldbuilding, and collaborations. Her wings may rest for now, but her light won’t go out.
New Roots, New Hooves
This change feels like a homecoming. The deer isn’t just a character — they’re a reflection of where I’m at now: grounded, growing, and reconnecting with something more instinctual, more gentle, more rooted in nature.
