I just think I do not have much content and interest to support all five? or it was six? levels with different content, so I left it like that! and yeaaaa it still has a tier with art reward (and it's still closed to new members according to art rewards, but provides discount to all sales and 24/7 commissions open status for members), it is not going to leave :D
