Just wanted to know how most of ya folks create certain links:

1) How do ya insert an avatar pic with a link in it while typing a comment or doing a description?

2) How do I place in link into a single word like "here" or "next"?

Ugh I feel like a fool askin this, but it's much appreciated if anyone here knows how to do them. Will enlighten others while we're at it :D
