True and it's not surprising. That was 22 years ago, before the consciousness of many of the folks who may be reading this. The show in question was Fur and Loathing, Season 4, Episode 5, should you wish to pursue it.

Because every Furry in the world is all about the animal abuse.

At least it shows other furries trying to get them arrested.

Interesting to note. Far too much of the community is tarred with that brush, and it's a very small minority of the group.

Unfortunately people bending over backwards to be tolerant and inclusive has allowed the deviants to get a foothold. Unless we police ourselves better that's going to keep happening. But it's a problem that's plagued the fandom since the beginning.

Indeed; sometimes groups can be their their own worst enemies. That allows the extremists on both side to gain a foothold.

I know that it's focusing on... animal abusers, but the very thought of even that just sends me to go full "nope" on that (I live outside the US, most of what I know comes about it comes from Twitter or other social media).
