plan to upgrade video card but...

Need some help on if i might need to get some extra stuff of if i can just get a newer GPU without issues
my current system is as follows:
Asus Prime x570-Pro
amd Ryzen 7 5800x 8 core
38gb 2133mhz ram g.skill rip-jaw 16x2
Nvidia Geforce GTX 960
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 Ga, 80 Plus Gold 850W
Case size i can't remember
I basically need to know if i would be able ot get a newer video card without really having to get a newer well anything lol

Your rig should be fine with any newer GPU, as long as it will fit in the case

yeah that is the issue i am having need to figure it out also i can't seem to recall if i am using ddr3 or ddr4 on the ram its bene soo long

Being an x570 board like mine, you're on DDR4

lol well that's good to know its been a long time since i did much so forgot, the video card is the biggest thing i need to figure out since i want to maybe keep similar dimensions and such, i am not planning to go super new anyway just need something better than a old ass 960
