The Long and Short.
Dont Eat Junk Food, at least not in excess.
Should be a no-brainer, I bet most of you know this, but Ive done it to a point that I was in the Hospital for 2 and a Half Days. It sucked, it was painful, scared me straight.
I guess its true...you have to face the Consequences and have a Near-Death experience to finally Learn.

Its pretty much why most people buy Junk...because its fast...and Cheap
But...well...I guess I kinda have to now.....
I don't really eat to much junk food myself, but I know and see the effects of those who do.
Besides yes, tasting good, Junk is just cheaper and convenient
Good luck finding cheap healthy food though xc
Its just...more expensive @_@
(Apparently im weird for that)
Otherwise yeah, I hate overnight stays, especially caused by health complications
I think its a Tri-Yearly event for me atm....
...and yes, overindulgence of Fast and Frozen Foods......(I dont always have time to cook...but now I have to...)
Im scared of Pleasure Food Again. Shit wants to kill me.
Currently just need to tryhard on a Balanced Diet. Eating Less should be fine, Ive already made strides in that.
Its just what I eat now I have to tryhard.
Meats are you fats and proteins dense foods, so these are things that help with energy, but vegetables and fruits are where your vitamins and minerals will have a higher density, but they don't give you a lot of energy. Now everyone is different, I know plenty of people who are vegan and they have more energy then I do, but I also have shitty sleep schedule and likely have too much caffeine in my diet. I am a caffeine based life form. xD (it is my one vice)
1. Cost, chicken tends to be cheaper, whether it is eating out or getting it for home, I have noticed that is is generally less costly.
2. Environmental, chicken and other poultry takes much less space to raise and raise ethically, and the amount of greenhouses gases produced are far fewer.
3. Resource scarcity, It take far more feed to produce 1 pound of beef, where chicken has a much better conversion on amount of feed used to get pound of meat. Fish actually has the best conversion at being almost 1:1
I am sure you knew most of this, so not really something I would need to explain, but that ended up being my reasons for reducing red meat specifically. Like the potential health risk reduction is like a bonus.
I personally have a burger or a pizza once between 1-2 or even 3 weeks, heck could be longer.
But now...I guess them the breaks....I gotta meal prep now
Still Trucking
Very good decision about the food diet. Its very expensive and requires a bit more investment on cooking and researching what kind of food, proportions and quantities do we eat but is necessary.
Myself Im sure I could do better, but at least... I eat daily a lot of vegetables, lots of fruit and cereals, and of course add to that meat&eggs hehe.
And I try to not eat fast food more than once a week or so. Just when hanging out with friends or because a travel etc. For now that works for me.
Health Outcome.....still Pending.
I eat about everything, I am NOT a picky eater at all....but I also eat alot of Junk and Slop. And Young me is crying that Older me is saying its time....to slow down and eat more healthy. It hurt going to 7-11 for a Drink, and seeing the Hotdogs and Nachos....knowing (at least for now) I cant have it
But Thankies
Which....my internal body finally Cascaded and told me thats enough..
I hardly ever drink Soda anymore, so I have that going for me...but the other slop I eat has gotten to a...boiling-over point.
>:C You better be taking care of yourself, MISTER!!!!
Hoping it doesnt happen again, but the Human Body is very Fragile..
Now please be careful, thank you. :3
-looks a meal restrictions and plan-
Ill be fine.....
-Rocks back and Forth and repeats quietly-
Also thank you for those faves ^^
Life is Hard
I'd tell you to eat more nuts to keep you healthy, but I guess that's more of a squirrel thing... ๐ฟ๏ธ
But, so far Ive dropped Energy Drinks, Sugary Sodas, and MOST junkfood.
And eating More Fruit (so far mostly Bananas)
Some say it's the secret to his fitness and devilishly good looks. ๐
Anyhow, I know it can be hard, because proper food usually requires more effort. Some fresh fruit every day is a start, and bananas are pretty convenient. Try to have some fresh or frozen veggies too. Do you have a rice cooker? Rice plus some fried vegetables, ( and maybe some fish or chicken ) is a fairly quick way to make yourself a healthy meal.
I also like those tiny cocktail tomatoes -- Just add some oil and spices, maybe some olives or whatever you like, and you can quickly turn them into a lazy salad, without much chopping and preparation.

Oh ive been doing that to, my diet is actually very large, I like most things, very little I dont like, and a strawberry Allergy.
And Ive always eaten Salads, I qquite like them <3
Honestly, the only issue with my diet, is that I over-did it on Sugars, Oils, Processed, and Frozen Foods.
I very much enjoy food and trying to cook more. Its just food gets expensive, especially if you want to be "Super healthy" and get that Whole-Wheat, Organic stuff. Which I still hardly eat.
Basically as I said above, my strat so far is to avoid:: Energy Drinks, Sugary Sodas, and MOST junkfood.
And Im eating more Fruit...mostly bananas
Junk Food is difficult because Ill admit I get lazy about cooking (especially in this weather!) But Avoiding Sugars and Energy Drinks is a No-Brainer.
