PC help for new GPU

General
If anyone can help me out with this computer quest thank you in advance
I recently bought a new GPU a 5070, my current PSU is a old one and i am not sure if i need a new one or can just get cables i need for the new GPU so if someone here can let me know and maybe even link to a good cable or newer psu that would work with what i got it would help a lot.
here is for the most part what i have not save for the case which is a Phanteks ATX full: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QPzczP
As you can see my PSU might not have the cables i need to connect the new PSU but if i can get them instead of a new PSU it would be better for the moment if not i need a compatible newer PSU.
the current card i am using till thwe new one can get properly working is a ASUS GeForce GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Graphics Card STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-4GD5
so its old but yeah i need to know what is best for me

That said Ryzen 5000 series are the end of the line for upgradeability on an am4 motherboard.
I only was able to build a pc at the age of 30 so believe me I understand budget restraints. If it was me I'd try and spring for an am5 motherboard, and a ryzen 7000 series or higher, but that means you'd need ddr5 ram as well. That said you could do like I plan on and get a decent CPU mine is a 7600, and upgrade later on to a 7950x for example or even a 8000 or 9000 series chip.
But I degress the 5000 series are amazing chips, and with the way pc's have been going I think it'd serve you really well.
To get back to the point an 850 watt PSU should be fine for your GPU, and CPU combo. I am no expert though, and I highly reccommend doing the math for yourself.
How much wattage does a ryzen 5800 use?
+
How much wattage does a nvidia 5070 use?

What is the reccommended wattage reccommend for (number) of hard drives

What wattage psu should I use for (number)gb of ddr(number) ram.
Try and get the wattage for all add it together, and go a bit above what you end up getting. I wouldn't go below a 750 watt psu personally though.
I agree with the above 850W recommendation, you could look for the "PSU Tier List" to help you with picking a high quality unit, I personally recommend a SeaSonic unit. Good thing is that PSUs are considerably less expensive than that 5070 you bought
