I want to make a game

Clearly, there's been a mistake here:
Michael Jameson once said, "The first step to getting a tiger, is saying I want a tiger."
So, I'm working on two games, and I need help.
The first one is 'Verse 5. I need artists and this one will be easy. I can pay artists to draw humans, insect-taurs, Avali, cyberpunk cats ,and sexually dimorphic reptiles. I want quick jobs, pencil sketches, renders. These will be for a tabletop rulebook. The book is nearing completion, and I want to release it to the public with an optional $15 donation.
Or I could do two versions. One with pictures, short stories, and DM notes thats paid, and the 'lite' version for free. I don't know. You'll be paid long before this point.
The second one is a videogame. And a lot more than one. Project Avali (working title) will be a metroidvania. Tassus wakes up on an unknown space station that's falling apart. With little knowledge of his past, he meets Rho over the intercom, and the two work to prevent a nuclear meltdown and escape the station as it's falling apart.
I need a team for this. I'm a designer, a writer. I'm not a good programmer, my hand shakes too much to draw stickpeople, and Ovani sounds and Royalty Free Music can only go so far. To make matters worse, I lost my portfolio around the same time my drinking got out of hand. I'm willing to go for a profit split, I cannot pay by the hour on this.
