Okay, so I had sort of a... thing... happen. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this, or can shed some light on what happened.

I was idly browsing the Xbox store. Picked up a game for cheap and was letting it install for a while. I eventually backed out of the store and was about to head to bed, but I checked to see if The Sims 4 had an update available so I could get it started while I slept.

Um, there was a Sims update. There was a Forza update. City Skylines update. Skyrim update. Marvel Vs Capcom update. Everything showed an update. 100 of them to be exact. Every installed game, and every DLC, all at once out of the blue.

That didn't look right. I've been on Xbox since the 360, and I don't recall ever encountering this. So, normally if a game needs an update, if I try to launch it, it will boot me out to a popup asking me to update or be forced offline. I tested a few games to see if they would launch, and I was able to start them normally with no popups. Immediately after I tested a few games, all of the "updates" listed had vanished.

So, my question is... WTF? What the heck was that about?

Edit: I did a quick internet search for some answers and... the results came back all in Spanish for some reason. O__o
I... what? What in the flaming, crash-landing, blimp of a tarnation is going on this morning??
