The cruelty has been the point for a long time.

Karno's Rare-Because-He-Never-Has-Time Blather:
So lately, I've been hearing some faint bleating about offering "resistance" to the sadistic depredations of the knuckle-dragging thugs Trump has sent out to enforce the orders emerging from his manbaby tantrums. To which I say "WELCOME!" and think "MAN, are you ever late to the party!"
Because our brave boys in blue didn't just turn Nazi overnight. OHHH no, this has been a long time building up. Here's an article from Bob Herbert, New York Times columnist, from almost twenty years ago:
https://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/22/.....22herbert.html
In it, he asks: "I wondered then, and I still wonder, why so many seemingly decent people in law enforcement are willing to participate in the evil practice of sending people to prison (or worse) who are demonstrably innocent of the charges against them"
To which Fred Woodworth of THE MATCH! fame replies:
"(Police and prosecutors) do, in fact, realize what's right and wrong, and that they consciously try to inflict harm when they think they can get away with it, because they like it. To a great but unrecognized degree, jobs as police or prosecutors have been filled, we believe, by self-controlled psychotics who have chosen to adopt this relatively risk-free lifestyle as a means for carrying out their predations.
.....Here we reach the heart of the matter: cruelty. Most real crimes are motivated mainly by self-interest (gain, or profit), with only a tiny admixture of cruelty. For example, a professional burglar's motivations are essentially 100% self-interest. So are those of an ordinary thief.
....Cruelty begins to play a bigger role, though, in crimes like murder: but even here it seems probable that most instances arise from some momentary circumstance (for example being detected during the commission of another crime). The element of cruelty must make up a still-greater proportion of rape, and in the serial killer plain cruelty must become the overwhelmingly dominant motivation, with self-interest or profit having a role of about zero.
....Looked at through the glass of this brief analysis, police or prosecutor abuse is in the same class exactly as serial killing. The brutal policeman who insults, wantonly arrests, kills your dog when it jumps out of your car wagging it's tail, etc., gets paid exactly the same sum at week's end whether he's cruel or not. So his cruelty is just for his own fun.
The prosecutor who gets a man sentenced to 50 years, or to death, when in fact he's fully cognizant of exculpatory evidence, draws not one single nickel more for having done so. These non-self-interest crimes, then, are the particularly heinous ones. The word "evil" keeps recurring to mind as we think about them. The same word evidently occurred to columnist Bob Herbert as he puzzled the conundrum of how seemingly decent men could behave as they do.
It's sheer cruelty, Bob. It's a legacy of our animal ancestry, probably going back to the reptilian age. Civilization and moral codes have pushed it into a dark corner of secrecy and hidden motives cloaked by suave justifications of "Law" and "public interest" and so on.
But at base, it's purely the total evil of wanting to inflict pain. The greatest horror of authoritarian society, perhaps, is that it provides the perfect cover for these maniacs; and the longer a society of this type continues, the more positions within its official ranks will be filled by inhuman monsters."
Geddit? The masked thugs jumping out of unmarked vans and "disappearing" people are not a shocking new twist. Such evil, such contempt for law and basic human decency, is how things have been for a long time. But now the mask covering the sheer ugliness of the monster we call Government has started to slip a little. You're seeing a sliver of the reality.
So if you believe the damage of the Trump Tantrum can be fixed by replacing a few politicians and tweaking a few official policies once he's out of office, I must sadly inform you that you are wrong. Genuine liberation takes grueling hard work. De-Nazifying America is gonna be a lot harder than de-Nazifying Germany, after the war. For one thing, most of Germany's postwar Nazis had been disarmed.
This is not to say that Resistance is futile. Far from it! It's our only hope, the light in the darkness. You gotta start somewhere, right? Just don't expect it to be easy, for the next, oh, 20 or 30 years.

With this little oversight you know it's just a question of time.
Or has that already happened? I'm not following these things too closely.
They know where every criminal illegal alien is.
There are plenty of fail-safes built into the system.
There is actually a report of one person attempting to become deported to blackeye the government, he was released.
`Available data indicate ICE and CBP took enforcement actions against some U.S. citizens. For example, available ICE data indicate that ICE arrested 674, detained 121, and removed 70 potential U.S. citizens from fiscal year 2015 through the second quarter of fiscal year 2020 (March 2020).`
Drumpf is a fascist, simple as. But he's just the symptom, not the disease.
In other news, Ozzy Osbourne died. Breaking news an hour ago.
ACAB
People get decieved by all sorts of things.
"Putting on a uniform doesn't change human nature."
The problem with calling everyone a Nazi is that it trivializes the term. The real fascists were those who sent federal agents to spy on churches, terrorize concerned parents, and raid the home of a former president. Lawfare wasn't enough, so there were assassination attempts. The mumbling sleepwalker Joe bore a resemblance to the leader in the Star Trek TOS episode Patterns of Force. He was comatose and required stimulants too. At least Otto Pen wasn't a player.
But if lawfare's your game, just wait a few weeks, paybacks are hell.
HAHAHAHAHA!
You ACTUALLY believe that?!
The bit about how unregulated migration allows criminals to show up along with the decent folk (and then they'll victimize both native citizens AND the good people who emigrated? And many of those good people emigrated in large part to ESCAPE the criminals back home?)
The bit about how calling everyone a Nazi trivializes the term? How using Federal agents to spy on citizens is both very much the sort of thing that fascists would do, AND something that's been going on for a very long time?
The assassination attempts?
The propping up of a dementia patient as a figurehead?
Or the bit where Trump is only capable of doing the things you dislike because he's the U.S. president, and previous administrations were given the power to do those things?
I would agree that calling everyone a Nazi trivializes the term. I've never done that myself.
He said that "The real fascists were those who sent federal agents to spy on churches, terrorize concerned parents, and raid the home of a former president." That's not true unless you include the FBI trying to entrap Muslims in mosques, but I'm sure he's referring to Christian churches.
The assassination attempts on Drumpf had nothing to do with his false belief that Biden engaged in "Lawfare".
Biden is not suffering from dementia He's just old.
Drumpf is hardly "Only capable of doing the things (I) dislike because he's the U.S. president, and previous administrations were given the power to do those things".
He also said that "If a few gang-bangers and child smugglers enter the mix--so what? Jumping the border without consequence is an insult to those who did the paperwork and were properly screened for diseases." which is just plainly false, racist, and offensive.
His statement about the real fascists is 100% true, and that includes both Muslims in mosques and Christians in churches. As well as non-religious organizations. Federal agencies going after citizens didn't end with COINTELPRO. Remember the Whitmer kidnapping plot - the one that was cooked up by the FBI, to the point where they literally created the plot, equipped the men, and had more FBI agents involved than suspects? How is that any different from when the FBI fabricated plots to entrap Muslim teenagers? https://reason.com/2022/09/04/its-a.....ways-the-feds/
You cannot seriously suggest that the assassination attempts would have happened if not for the constant demonization of Trump, and the accompanying "lawfare." I can't even remember who it was who said, "if you keep calling a guy Hitler, sooner or later someone's going to try to kill Hitler."
You misspelled "Biden is very much suffering from dementia, and after four years of attempting to gaslight the public about it, the truth became impossible to deny during that sad debate where he literally grew incoherent." The comedian Josh Johnson said it best, "I saw something on Trump's face that I have never seen before. Concern for a human being other than himself... because he was right there. He saw it close up, he was seeing details that the rest of us weren't even seeing."
Trump is 100% only capable of doing those things because he is the U.S. president. He would not have the power to do those things if he were not president. And the office of the president has those powers because past administrations were given them. Bush and Obama normalized the overuse of "executive actions," and Trump has simply picked up the ball where they dropped it. https://hls.harvard.edu/today/presi.....-power-surges/
I said that "The assassination attempts on Drumpf had nothing to do with his false belief that Biden engaged in "Lawfare"'. ? I'm sticking with that.
Biden doesn not have Dementia. I know that because I've dealt with people who do have it. He's way too lucid to this day.
I would agree that the power of the executive has grown over decades and that it's been taken advantage of by members of both parties. But Drumpf is unique in that he's a fascist, and as was laid out in Project 2025, which is a blueprint for fascism and Christian Nationalism, he's trying to turn the US into a fascist state.
Thanks for the opportunities to clarify my amusement at what Rocket said.
And Trump is unique in that people want him to be a fascist, they want him to be Hitler reincarnated via a satanic ritual, because otherwise they'd have to admit that nothing he's doing is even remotely out of the ordinary. Bad things, yes. Undemocratic things, sure. But it took most of his first administration to find something to impeach him over, that every other president in the past several decades wasn't also guilty of (and the charge they ended up hurling at him was "made a phone call to another head of state, and asked him to reopen a corruption investigation." Literally the least evil thing he'd done that entire year)
Also, you're laughing after having misconstrued what Rocket said. He didn't say "lawfare led to assassination attempts," he said "the lawfare wasn't enough, so they went to assassination attempts." Which is technically true - after the lawfare came at least two assassination attempts. We still don't know the political beliefs of the first hitman (because he's dead, and his computer history is... confusing), but we do know that the demonization of Trump has led to people openly seeking his death.
And Drumpf is CLEARLY a fascist.
And the fact that you keep calling him "Drumpf" is both testimony to your hatefulness, AND your hypocrisy. Since when is deadnaming people appropriate?
I know you hate me, but are you REALLY this determined to troll me?
You're only making it obvious that I'm wasting my time trying to have a real discussion with you. Grow the fuck up. Fuck off.
Also (and I know you won't like hearing this), not all evil is fascism, and not everything you dislike is fascism. You can't even define fascism - because if you tried, you'd have to acknowledge that Obama, Biden (and his handlers, after he went senile), Clinton, both Bushes, and Reagan all meet similar criteria. As does anyone who considers Henry Kissinger a "mentor."
You hold absolutely zero moral high ground here. For instance, you support Israel’s genocide of the Palestinians, and the Gaza “Humanitarian” Foundation, which is a military organization which murders the people of Gaza every day under the flimsy cover of giving away completely inadequate food supplies.
I know EXACTLY what fascists and fascism are. It’s what criminals like Ben-Gvir and Smotrich are and do in Israel.
www.furaffinity.net/journal/11184491
Here, have another video to get extremely angry about. In which the Palestinians in Gaza cheer for Trump. Because Trump supports the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. Because, unlike silly little kids like you, Trump understands that if you give Jews a chance to feed hungry people, they will feed hungry people. It's literally baked into our religion (no pun intended).
https://youtu.be/ZHqkxsKJXRk
Drumpf propaganda? Really? What, did that happen on the first day that the G"H"F opened?
How hard did you have to look to find that complete outlier of a video among the thousands of videos with Palestinians desperately decrying Israel's absolutely brutal Siege on Gaza?
I suppose the next thing you'll do is to deny that Israel is committing internationally recognized war and humanitarian crimes by using starvation as a weapon of war despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Give me a fucking break, you self righteous hypocrite.
But please, do tell us more about how you're 100% okay with the suffering of Palestinians, as long as you can blame it on the Jews... oh, excuse me, "Zionists." ;)
(oh, and also how I'm sooooo hateful... when you're the one spewing personal attacks and trembling with outrage because I called you out on your bigotry. Please do continue, it's fun to poke you and listen to you squeak)
But then I started getting attacked for calling out Trump... because when I called him out for the human rights violations and warmongering, I would also point out that he's not doing ANYTHING that previous administrations hadn't been doing. Destabilizing democratic governments, torture programs, encouraging the continued transfer of wealth away from workers and up to the 0.1%, turning a blind eye to crimes committed by corporations (i.e. groups of evil rich bastards who hide behind a fictitious "entity" with legal citizenship, but which can't be incarcerated or executed for its crimes)?
I had some experience with this in college where part of the culture was that ALL the sophomores would haze ALL of the freshmen (nothing harmful, just...clean the bathroom with a toothbrush kind of annoying things. After being an underdog there's a real psychic thrill in catching someone breaking a rule (ONE minute late for curfew) and bringing down the hammer in the name of "justice and enforcing the rules."
I tried it, but I didn't like it and wasn't good at hazing anyone.
It's a simplistic view of justice... black and white. Older, more sophisticated people would have a different "punishment" for an infraction. But these are young adrenaline junkies and this is what happens.
Meanwhile ICE agents are enforcing the law while the nazis attack them.
And that was just a few weeks after a man murdered a young couple outside an Israeli embassy, and one of the larger purveyors of anti-semitic rhetoric on social media immediately responded by suggesting Israel murdered them to pin it on Jihadists. "I'm not saying this was a false flag, but this is exactly what a false flag would look like." I've been looking at some of the things being spewed on Facebook and elsewhere, and I think something big is brewing.
And as far as that idiot Mandy Patinkin, I'd love to see him try to debate Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of a Hamas founder who has repeatedly told the truth about the evil of Hamas, and the nonsense propaganda they spew. Yousef would be happy to point out to Patinkin how every single thing he's screaming, with his voice choked with sobs, is absolute nonsense. Of course, he'd be accused of being a "Zionist puppet" and blah blah blah, because that somehow changes the reality. https://www.thejc.com/opinion/this-.....union-mkj7cs7h
And what a load of crap.
Of COURSE you'd believe that, and use that sort of nonsense to back up your argument.
The elderly Jewish woman, who was literally burned alive, not being an Israeli, being targeted specifically for being Jewish, by an Egyptian national named Mohamed Sabry Soliman?
Mosab Hassan Yousef being the son of a Hamas founder who has repeatedly spoken out about the evils perpetrated by Hamas, including the false narrative they spin?
The way Yousef gets attacked by people attempting to discredit him without actually trying to debate with the truths he speaks?
Or the part where you keep pretending to be a morally upright intellectual, only to resort to pathetic ad hominems the moment someone starts ripping apart your false beliefs, your hypocrital positions, and your desperate clinging to a narrative that justifies violence against Jews because "Israel bad?"
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/s.....er/ar-AA1FVBIs
The fact that he's been charged with a hate crime is meaningless, particularly considering how blindly the administration follows whatever Israel dictates.
Your appraisal of me is also no reflection of my morals or beliefs. It's entirely a perverted and florid fiction of your own imagination.
And the fact that you keep trying to run defense for hateful monsters who openly declare, "we want to kill Jews, because they are Jews, and we don't care how many non-Jews we have to kill to do it," is the true reflection of your morals and beliefs. Meanwhile, Israel has begun airdropping aid to the Gazans, in addition to the other measures meant to overcome Hamas' efforts to starve their own people for photo ops. Yes, I know the thought of Jews feeding Palestinians makes you seethe. ;)
Remember what happened the last time food was airdropped into Gaza? I do. People were crushed to death under falling pallets of MREs and drowned while trying to retrieve pallets of those blown off course into the ocean. What makes you think that anything different will happen this time?
Hateful monsters? You mean like the Israelis who are starving the people of Gaza to death in the first place?
It's pretty bizarre that you'd accuse Hamas of starving those people. Why would they starve their own families?
They're only responding to overwhelming pressure from the outside world to end the starvation of the Palestinians of Gaza, which everybody is watching every day.
Why not let in the five to six hundred trucks of food and other crucial supplies needed and have the program administered by UNRWA, who've already proven that they can do this?
But, again, it's funny how you're still trying oh so desperately to pretend you're not reiterating the rhetoric of actual Nazis. But let me ask you a question: How much of the blame for the situation are you prepared to assign to Hamas?
Whether this is any better than the failed floating dock project would be open to debate, except that no one died from that.
And yeah. "Humanitarian" corridors for possibly ten hours a day. We've seen how well the IOF administers those at the G"H"F sites.
The murder of Palestinian women, to punish them for everything from being overly western to being raped? https://reutersinstitute.politics.o.....estinian-media
Using children for forced labor, leading to the deaths of over 160 kids? https://www.wiesenthal.com/about/ne.....lestinian.html
Torturing anyone who protests their regime and dumping the body on their family's doorstep? https://www.yahoo.com/news/hamas-to.....162031455.html
I just love how you keep on emphasizing, over and over and over again, not only how much you hate Jews - literally hate them, to the point that you're eager to see Palestinian women and children suffer just so long as it means some "Zionists" get it - but that you're too dishonest to ever admit how hateful you are, even as you scream, over and over again, how absolutely enthralled you are by the exact same rhetoric and conspiracy theories pushed by the Nazis.
(I believe this is the part where you talk about Palestinian kids dying of hunger, while trying - and failing - to hide how hopeful you are for it, because you want dead Palestinian kids to validate your hate)
As far as the rest of what you said there, give me a fucking break... Once again, all of that crap is just a product of your perverted imagination.
(Now give us another "...", where you pretend you're shocked into silence by our wickedness, when in reality you can't think of anything else to say beyond a repetition of "hurr durr Israel bad, Hamas blameless!")
I never said that Hamas was "blameless", and of course I'm aware of the bad things happening to the druze, the Rohingya, and the Uyghurs, but for your purposes, those are just distractions from this genocide and an attempt at some vague attack on me.
But back to the subject at hand:
Yesterday about two to two and a half truckloads of food were airdropped into Gaza, and they let 70 trucks in, at least some of which ended up being looted by armed gangs, which Netanyahu recently admitted to supporting and arming. Of course they'll blame Hamas for this, as they always do. This is just a drop in the ocean compared to what is needed, as the UN has said.
What is really needed is a ceasefire, but Netanyahu won't support that.
At least nine people were murdered by the IOF attempting to access food.
At least 14 more people died of hunger.
Netanyayu denied that Israel is starving people in Gaza, or that anyone was starving there at all.
Everything Israel is doing is a purely political decision.
You're just on the wrong side of history here.
May your God have mercy on your soul.
I mean, I could point out how the recent images of "starving kids" were AI fakes (made with older software, the kind that can't figure out fingers and toes), or how the latest one to go viral is of a child with a genetic condition unrelated to malnutrition (and who is currently being treated for said condition. In Italy, far removed from Gaza). But you don't want to hear it, because you're super duper eager to see starving kids to validate your hate. We get it. You've made it clear, over and over. We all get it. The Jews lie, Hamas does nothing wrong, blah blah blah. You're really bad at this.
You're completely ignoring and denying the overwhelming proof to the contrary.
Remarkable.
You certainly get a gold star for repeating the Israeli party line.

I've yet to see a single one of these "AI fakes".
I have, however, seen at least hundreds of the many images out of the thousands that disprove your obviously ridiculous assertion
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3c3zeWhehQ
And a completely biased source. Nice try, friend.
Pathetic.
Deny it as you might, I spit the pure truth.
thats a new take on cruelty... they do it because they get away with it and they like it
