Okay, I'm in a better state of mind than I was last week, but we'll see how long it lasts.

I guess it's interesting how my mind is working. It occasionally causes me to vocal stim certain phrases. For instance, I'm sometimes made to say, "She placed a paw against my face," under my breath. I'm curious if using the phrase in a story would remove the vocal stim, because it's less fun when my brain forces a negative vocal stim. I'm trying to train myself away from those, with some mixed success. If writing out the phrase could remove it, though, then that would be helpful in removing the negative stims.

We'll see what happens in the future.
