Well considering you did state TONIGHT (DEC 31) I believer your the one who made the fopar. The sad part is so may didn't notice it. And here I wont be seeing as to a major storm slamming us.

The reason I said "Dec 31" was to specifically state that it was on the night of the 31st, not the 30th. Otherwise, I would have just said "tonight." It's useless to inform people of an event on the night of it happening. Most people prefer a little forewarning. You weren't the only one to notice it, you were just the only one that didn't get it.

Not everyone is in the same time zone as you. For some of my fans, it was already the 31st when I wrote that. Plus, due to my post being made relatively late at night, most of the people that read it will be doing so on the morning of the 31st.

Yes. Usually there are only 12 full moons in a year. But due to a small difference between the lunar year and the sidereal year, every so often there comes a year that has 13. The 13th moon of a year is called the Blue Moon.
