We humans are an interesting creature. Hopefully this will not sound too weirrd, but here it does anyways.

Our lives are often ruled by two seperate opposing forces, namely out inds and our hearts. Our mind controls, in my opinion, the physical and the need components of our behaviours. It is the part that is responsible for making sure we attend work, school, fmaily events, ect.. those things which we are responsible for. It alson controls our urges aand needs and wants, things like food and sex.

The heart on the other hand controls the decision making around our emotions, those illogical states of being, which influence our actions. I believe that the heart creates the chaos in our lives. However, it also enables the feelings of love and longing.

I don't really know what my point is, but I can talk for myself, that the heart is both harmful and helpful, making up feel both strong and empowered on one had, and weak and helpless on the other.


I hope everyone has success with both. It is hard, but I hope people strke the balance neccessary, the heart to bring chaos and the brain to bring peace.

I personally struggle with my heart.
