before and after this one, and this one is more of a hopeful and life-affirming reverie
than hard-hitting journalism, although it carries the air of tragedy in it, too.

It must have been an anti-viral moment, the journal entry being submitted
at the exact right moment that everyone's otherwise occupied or out or coffee.

If I had to find something to dislike about this link (nothing but respect for your commentary),
it would be the surprising polish of the recording, with hints of auto-tune in the voices,
and wartime short clips are notoriously difficult to authenticate,
but it doesn't bother me too much in this case. We know the severity of the situation,
and we have seen dozens of voices speaking on behalf of the people of Gaza
who convey the beauty of defiant, resilient creativity in the face of all the horror.

The work you do can be thankless sometimes,
but it is never superfluous or unnecessary.
