What is going on with the wait?

Welp, I do have a new computer... In parts. Partially assembled on my dining room table. (Who's got a dining room anymore)
Anyways, a friend that's smart with building these things popped over to help with the build. And we called it after an couple hours or so.
Hopefully, I'll be up and running again before the weekend.
In other news, I'm having a fairly mundane surgery to have some hernias repaired on the 25th. I wasn't worried about it for the most part, since it's routine and an outpatient procedure.
Then my mom has to chime in. " Remember your birthday twin? He died from a hernia repair, yeah. Oh and my friend that's was a body builder, they died too from a colonoscopy..."
