How is your blood pressure? A chronic tinnitus is also a sign of constant stress and higher blood pressure (and sadly the lack of sleep worsens it)

The possibility that this is starting is maybe because a couple of weeks ago i bought a couple of 2KG dumbbells (2KG each) and been doing different exercising moves, including errrr "Raise a leg while both empty hands goes from the ceiling down to the knee", but i included the weights to improve all parts. 50 moves in total (25 per leg)

All of this because, well, i wanted to reduce the weight/belly size... Stress is a small option because i've been playing a few games like Blasphemous 2 etc but this issue didn't started after plat'in B2, so the weights must be a reason

All of this, again, started 2-3 days ago with the slightly noticeable increase of the sound. The sound is similar to this vid's 1st sound (grey image) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_BnJUOGoSA

This sound from the vid only happens on the left ear ONLY, however both ears have a different kind of "noise" along wich's hard to describe. It's like a weak electrrical "ohhhhnnnnnnnnnn" that barely affects the ear at any moment except with pure silence. There's NO sound of it on Youtube btw

I hope it can be fixed, because damaged eardrums is really bad. They're supposed to heal if weakly scratched, but if yours is totally messed up, that would be really really bad.

The sound is the one i linked in MO's comment above if ya wanna check it. I tried rubbing/pressing the tragus part (The round ball-like at the bottom of the outside part of the ear and NOT the lobule) and it kinda helped reduce it back to a lower noise but it's still there

Tinnitus cannot be fixed, it's chronical. It might worsen out and you end up adapting but some sounds can have terrible consequences. Don't know if getting deaf on the left ear will make the sound to vanish or not but that's not what i want it XD...
