I used AI a little bit and I think this phrasing makes some sense. I don't think it's a problem with AI models themselves as far as I know but their guidelines and maybe fine-tuning. It's like when you try to use deepseek and say "tiananmen square" it will instantly shut up.

In case of this "Woke AI" it's things like AI bring programmed to give estabilishment liberal answers as part of its guideline and not generating things like MAGA hats because it deemed it offensive. I experienced it myself many times and it's very normal for people to experience. For example when I asked gemini to tell me positive aspects of SPD in Germany it answered and everything was cool, and when I asked the same about AfD it shut up like deepsek with tiananmen square.
