DragonStuff.exe has begun.
Lol.
Just got a call, at 5:15 PM, from the carpenter who we let know we need a minor fix from *weeks ago* who has twice said he'd call me that week (Twice not managing to for a full 7 days) that he'd like to drop by in ten minutes from the call to examine what needs doing.
Well you get to smell freshly cooked dinner cuz what is *wrong* with you.
But hey he's the gold medalist.
Because the lying sack of shit who was supposed to do a "Quick and easy" patch-up of the leaking roof tile over the *electrical fire hazard* switch was here to inspect things on the 11th, said he'd put in the work order with the real estate agent and then fucked off and didn't tell anyone anything. This was, obviously, 11 days ago. On the 19th I asked the RE Agent if they knew anything, and they said he came in, he told us about it, then said he was going to go get the tile and do it.
And still, nobody has learned anything else.
This is the guy who was "on his way here" but fell a solid hour plus outside the arrival window (WHILE BEING IN TOWN AND HAVING A CAR) because ....he had to deliver a set of keys? To someone? Allegedly? In town?
It does not take an hour to do this.
I can walk the longest ends of town in half an hour, on foot. C'mon now lol.
I guess I'm okay today just venting a bit. Lazy, lying, dishonest cunt people set me off >.>;.
