Possible second mugen character entry

I've been thinking of some things and I'm currently a bit stuck on what I might make for a second character once this Charizard is done. I suppose I have a question to ask just so it helps me decide, would you like to see one of my custom ocs as a brand new character or rather a custom oc that comes from popular media like pokemon? Just wondering is all.

Is there any sort of list of your characters? It'd probably be more fun and fitting for one of your own, but if you did just go the regular pokemon route, I'd probably vouch for something like Noivern if we're keeping with reptillian based ones.
