...I jogged 17 kilometers over the span of 3.5 hours (I may have done some breaks here and there...) and jugged a liter of some "pomegranate flavoured multifruit drink", whatever that is. Tastes like bubblegum ice cream.
Also tried to not eat the candy my parents told me to buy. It was very tempting but I did it, unlike before lol

I have too MUCH candy surprisingly, like i just have this and have that (and no, our family isn't rich, i just have a lot somehow).
On the last stretch I just sat down on concrete for like, 3 minutes and some guy came up to me. He asked if I was ok lol. When he left and I stood up again the concrete was very wet.
I wonder where y'all get it from...
Also that sounds like you need to speed up! Maybe try jogging at 7 or 8 kilometers per hour.
