Restless dog at night. Help?

Uuuuuuuuuugh.
She will suddenly put her head up and act as if she heard something that makes her nervous for a few seconds before getting up and just not fffffffffffucking staying in one place.
I have to close the 2 doors out of the room because she *will* go in there, fully knowing her damn claws clacking loudly on the tiles will annoy \ alert me. She will mask this need with "needing the garden" - which she categorically does not, because once I get near her, she will walk back past me and head towards, or back into the couch-bed I sleep on.
We got night lights to help her navigate up and down the stairs because *exactly once*, it worked that she started with me but went up to my flatmate and laid down to sleep next to her and calmed down. Hasn't worked the next 2 nights.
Unfortunately, she's a 20 kg chunker and WHOMP WHOMP WHOMPs down the stairs any time she decides to come down, which is several times a night.
This disturbs everyone, probably our neighbours too.
Not getting as much, if any sleep is pretty bad for me too and I'm just not sure what to do other than shut her into the tiniest guest room with a night light all night .
If she is determined to act weird and won't react to the calming pheromone diffuser we got for her AND the pheromone collar, then I legit don't know.
I mean the next step up would be an anti-anxiety tablet like Calmex.
I'm just so fucking exhausted all the time lately because of her ;_;

Took her to the vet on monday already. But because it can be so many disparate things, they shrugged and said to try the pheromone stuff we tried, then move on up the severity ladder with like, calmers and stuff >.<
The fridge has always "not quite been closed" since September the 6th because the very nice and helpful movers (no sarcasm) reassembled it a bit wrong, so that's not changed. It beeps for 5 mins when powered on and then stops, so it hasn't been doing that X_X.
